Product Overview

In environments where existing wiring must support higher data rates without costly infrastructure upgrades, the LREC9210MT PCI-Express x1 10/100/1000Mbps network card delivers a seamless migration path to Gigabit Ethernet over CAT-5 cabling.

Leveraging a Broadcom BCM5751 controller, it offers auto-negotiation for speeds up to 1000Mbps in full-duplex, along with jumbo frames up to 9KB and 4 classes of service, eliminating packet processing bottlenecks and improving data throughput. Integrated 96-KB frame buffer memory reduces CPU overhead, enabling efficient server performance.

Compatible with Windows, Linux, Netware, and VMware, it fits into PCIe x1 slots of servers and workstations, making it a versatile choice for basic server connectivity and legacy system upgrades. The single RJ-45 port and PXE support simplify deployment in small office networks.

Auto-Negotiation 10/100/1000

Auto-negotiation (Nway) function automatically selects 10Mbps, 100Mbps or 1000Mbps speed and half/full duplex mode with link partner, ensuring optimal connection performance.

Gigabit over Existing CAT-5

Provides cost-effective migration to Gigabit Ethernet using existing CAT-5 cabling, avoiding expensive network infrastructure upgrades.

Broadcom BCM5751 Controller

Built on the reliable BCM5751 chip, delivering stable Gigabit performance with low power consumption and advanced offload capabilities.

Jumbo Frames up to 9KB

Supports jumbo frames up to 9 KB, reducing CPU overhead and improving data throughput for large file transfers and virtualization.

4 Classes of Service (CoS)

Up to 4 classes of service and 4 send/receive rings enable traffic prioritization, ensuring smooth operation of latency-sensitive applications.

PXE & Wake on LAN

PXE 2.1 and Wake on LAN support simplify remote deployment and maintenance, reducing on-site IT intervention.
